Although there are many unscrupulous websites out there for people to buy all sorts of pills with ease, our procedures have come as a result of close dialogues with bodies such as the MHRA.

Our service aims to ensure that no treatments or provided without stringent checks by our nurses, doctors and pharmacists.

There is an argument to suggest that patients can deviate from the truth when providing responses to questions about their health, but our argument is that a patient may even do that within a face to face environment. Furthermore, patients feel comfortable in the fact that we ask more questions of them than when they go and see a doctor. Added to the fact that we have helped thousands of patients deal with problems that they would have just left untreated because of the embarrassment factor, our opinion is that online consultations with genuine doctors is only going to be more in demand due to people not having time to see doctors, and the limited access to GPs.

As a company, we will never offer potentially abusive treatments and neither will we endeavour to fully replace the services of GPs. We always advise our patients to take regular physical check ups and to inform their own doctor of changes in their medications or health.

The public together with governments across the World do not fully appreciate the increased stresses and strains that doctors go through in the modern age - with more working hours, ever decreasing budgets and pressure to deliver more results with less resources. Sometimes, the very people that we are trying to help suffer and it's not necessarily the fault of regular GPs and doctors within our healthcare system.
