Although there are many unscrupulous websites out there for people to buy all sorts of pills with ease, our procedures have come as a result of close dialogues with bodies such as the MHRA.

Our service aims to ensure that no treatments or provided without stringent checks by our nurses, doctors and pharmacists.

There is an argument to suggest that patients can deviate from the truth when providing responses to questions about their health, but our argument is that a patient may even do that within a face to face environment. Furthermore, patients feel comfortable in the fact that we ask more questions of them than when they go and see a doctor. Added to the fact that we have helped thousands of patients deal with problems that they would have just left untreated because of the embarrassment factor, our opinion is that online consultations with genuine doctors is only going to be more in demand due to people not having time to see doctors, and the limited access to GPs.

As a company, we will never offer potentially abusive treatments and neither will we endeavour to fully replace the services of GPs. We always advise our patients to take regular physical check ups and to inform their own doctor of changes in their medications or health.

The public together with governments across the World do not fully appreciate the increased stresses and strains that doctors go through in the modern age - with more working hours, ever decreasing budgets and pressure to deliver more results with less resources. Sometimes, the very people that we are trying to help suffer and it's not necessarily the fault of regular GPs and doctors within our healthcare system.

Hexpress is served by pharmacies across the United Kingdom and carefully selected EU countries. With help from pharmacies in the USA, we have built a network that provides the very best service to our patients. With trained technicians that appreciate that our doctors are sometimes diagnosing remotely, they take more care than normal in checking that the treatment is not only appropriate but that the doctor has not missed anything.

We are always looking for new pharmacies to join our network, but we will only accept ones that:

Have the correct registration papers with the local regulatory agency, which can be subsequently verified.
The pharmacists within the premises are of the highest calibre and carry the correct qualifications together with experience.
You must have the ability to keep adequate stock levels. The premises are routinely checked to ensure that medications are stored correctly at optimum temperatures.
You will need to have a stable internet connection and have enough technicians at hand for any query from either or in house teams, the doctors or patients.
Labelling must be clear and the pharmacists must have more knowledge on our possible range of treatments than a regular pharmacist.

If you feel that you can meet the requirements above, then get in touch and we can discuss we can work together. It could be that we do not currently offer the treatment options that you propose - for a variety of other conditions. Nonetheless, we are open to discuss matters provided that we can ensure the highest levels of service and safety for our patients.
