We bill discreetly under 'Hexpress Ltd' and our treatments are delivered in packaging which does not reveal the contents. Our websites have been established since 2002 and our practitioners work day and night carrying out online consultations and making the right checks - making patient safety paramount.
Our staff are trained to the highest standards - all of our technicians if put against a doctor and quizzed on details about our treatments, will probably know more! Although it's our doctors that offer advice, we like making sure that you are dealing with people who understand your problem and can offer you the right help to give you the peace of mind you deserve.
Should I stop seeing my doctor?
No. It is very important that you get a physical check up on a regular basis. It's also very important to inform your doctor of any changes to your health. Our websites should not act as a complete substitute, but rather a service to use in addition. We appreciate that often it's because you're too embarrassed to see your own doctor about certain problems - if that's the case you can choose to use another clinic. If this is still an issue, join our online clinic - but remember that we will ask you more questions than most face to face doctors. You must tell us every detail - even if you feel that it may not be relevant, as we need to make a complete picture of your case without the aid of a physical check up.
