Pharmacists
Hexpress is served by pharmacies across the United Kingdom and carefully selected EU countries. With help from pharmacies in the USA, we have built a network that provides the very best service to our patients. With trained technicians that appreciate that our doctors are sometimes diagnosing remotely, they take more care than normal in checking that the treatment is not only appropriate but that the doctor has not missed anything.
We are always looking for new pharmacies to join our network, but we will only accept ones that:
- Have the correct registration papers with the local regulatory agency, which can be subsequently verified.
- The pharmacists within the premises are of the highest calibre and carry the correct qualifications together with experience.
- You must have the ability to keep adequate stock levels. The premises are routinely checked to ensure that medications are stored correctly at optimum temperatures.
- You will need to have a stable internet connection and have enough technicians at hand for any query from either or in house teams, the doctors or patients.
- Labelling must be clear and the pharmacists must have more knowledge on our possible range of treatments than a regular pharmacist.
If you feel that you can meet the requirements above, then get in touch and we can discuss we can work together. It could be that we do not currently offer the treatment options that you propose - for a variety of other conditions. Nonetheless, we are open to discuss matters provided that we can ensure the highest levels of service and safety for our patients.
